Tesco Clubcard - Extra Points Goods

After finding the frozen beef empty when I remember to check, finally today I managed to get my hands on 9 packs In one Tescos we did a shop in the sign regarding the 150 points had been removed!

I've not tried this beef before, whats the quality of the meat like, is it worthy of a Sunday dinner plate?

Help !! I've tried to register but it's saying 'wrong password' then when I use 'lost password' it's saying 'user name does not agree with email address'.
I only have 1 username and 1 email address and I thought I knew the password.

What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for all the info on Tesco points. I am new to MSE but have been following this thread for several days and am hooked! Bought the beef (11 plus 1 chicken). Am impressed at the quantities that you guys are buying. If only had room in my freezer! going to see if my mum in laws sheltered accomodation fancy a free lunch, if Tescos have refilled their shelves! By the way felt very pleased with myself when out today geting beef, called in at subways for free sandwich from tokens in the Sun.

The small packs of beef are down a penny to 65p each - obviously they think there's a surge so have got a discount from Birdseye because of the qty's MSErs are buying!!!!

And generous too...I get the impression that flyer talk contributers:

a) are angry that other people are buying "their" beef
b) lack generosity as people who have given their food away to shelters have been slated-whilst binning it thenselves
c) are cross with thepearce and moss_trevor and many others who have managed to bulk order and they haven't
d) are rude as they insult MSErs for various things
e) obviously can't bear the thought that Tiff is attempting to share "their" information with a wider audience so that more may benefit.

AND they haven't picked up on the mobile phone offer I posted on this thread a few days ago...mind you I guess they assume none of the other contributers have any need for top ups with their contracted company phones

AND I feel extremely smug now, as the implication on their thread is that I "stole" the post from their thread has proven to be rubbish.


Sorry that we are depriving you of your first class seats Mr flyertalk...some of us yokels would like to go on the "low grade" holidays that tesco offer (humbly bowing my flat cap at ya sir).

Very selfish, elitist bunch (flyertalk) from the looks of it... they are waiting for the end of the clubcard 4x deals so as to leave the deals to themselves and would love to see MSErs (who are mostly from ooooop North & unable to spell) out of the picture.

They hate any publicty about these deals as they fear they will find themselves unstuck. I really, really want to see the MSE story in the papers now! :rotfl: :money:

I had my order for 300 beef in gravy cancelled in middle of last week,even though i had rung the stock controller of my local store.

Then on Friday (the day i was due to collect them) i received a phone call from them to say my 300 was ready to be collected? i told the guy i would be in at 3am to collect them.

When i arrived,he was not on duty,but another person went out the store room,and brought the whole stock out for my,he said there was 36x12 boxes there,they worked it out to be 444 items,but there was only 432,but they did not notice,so they asked if i wanted the lot! £293 paid on my Tesco credit card and my clubcard plus= 22493 points

Now the tough decision - do my points from the beef go on a holiday or an engagement ring next year??
