BTW our latest delivery arrived tonight - ordered 42 beef but only 25 cameStill we got £8 off in BOGOFs and discounts, plus 1000 extra points for ordering more than £75 so we got £16.50 worth of beef, £44.50 worth of shopping and 2250ish clubcard points giving me £90 towards that fantastic holiday in Disneyland next spring - all for just £61!
Got another delivery coming tomorrow! Starting to stock up for Xmas to take advantage of the 1000 points for £75, mixed in with the beef offer.
I've only ever had 1 coupon - 25p off Organic Milk :rotfl:0 -
We used to be given loads of money-off coupons, quite often two or three would come out with the same shop. Still receive the 5p-per-litre off fuel from time to time, and occasional ones, but more often than not it's extra clubcard points now, rather than money offThanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0 -

What is the 1000 points code? Is it an online shop code? I could do with a big shop this week, thought I might treat myself to having it delivered. Fill me in guys!0 -
There is a tesco's thread in the online discounts & vouchers section - there are some online codes for 1000 points for over £75 listed there. Becareful though, my shopping was over £75 but then they were out of stock so I didn't get my points after all because the amount spent dropped. Rotters.0

They didn't honour the points code on my shop when items not delivered took it under the £75. I phoned the number on the receipt and mentioned that I hadn't been informed that this would happen prior to delivery, so no opportunity to cancel.
Obviously I was hoping they'd reinstate the points, but she wouldn't, although she did offer to refund the delivery cost, which was better than nothing.0 -

What is your problem Charlotte - give it a rest and stop posting. Your comments are very immature. It's you that should apologise for your original post but apparently you can't even see why it's rude. Why don't you just remove it and stop all this sillyness. You always want the last say0 -
I did a big shop at T....... last night and bought 6 packs of the beef amongst it.
The cashier was very chatty and asked what it was like and how did I cook it. I smiled to myself as I was only thinking of the extra points. She said she was going to get some.
While she was in a good mood I asked if she would take some coupons and she readily agreed I gave her 2 joeys and several others (that I hadn't bought goods for) and she took them all.
A good nights shopping.0 -
ps to above . Waitrose have Finesse with Fruit 2 for £2.49 (BOGOF) They packs had Joeys £3 on the side.0

but you never know it might be worth a try??
I've tried this before and, as expected, I only got the double points on the normal shop (ie. excluding any bonus points promotions) as per their wording - can't complain.
I very rarely get the bonus coupons from the tills though and when I have done they have not usually been useful, except when they have had the 5p off petrol coupons which I have always taken to a different Tesco on my way home from work because the fuel in my local Tesco Extra is so expensive.0 -

When we got our delivery yesterday which had some of the beef missing, bringing the cost below £75, the bill still included a 1p charge for the 1000 points coupon. I will be phoning up next week to check to make sure it went on - otherwise I'll be damn annoyed that they charged me £0.01 for nothing. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
