sorry!!!
Apology accepted...and thanks for correcting.
It's one of those things that gets my goat if done on purpose, all for the stupid thanks button count!
Anyway, what are you having for tea tonight? I can highly recommend beef stew, or beef soup, beef pasty, or how about good old fashioned roast beef?;)Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

spend a £1 you get a voucher for 100 extra points, then when you go to tesco the next hand it over with your normal clubccard
So is that like a temporary clubcard?
I guess CS would soon realise what I was doing if I did it everyday like the ebay seller is saying.0 -
I feel a beef dinner coming on :rotfl:
Maybe I can have some Organic Beef Burgers too :rotfl:0 -

I'd avoid the burgers if I were you...that offer finished yesterday; unless you like the taste of them and are actually buying them to eat them for enjoyment.
If you are buying save the money and ask for some for free, I'm sure there are loads of people who would post you some as it would make more room in their freezers for beef;)Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

These I have already bought to get the points, I will buy no more
If anyone has any spare beef or burgers :rotfl:
My address is

I had a really cheap meal tonight. Daughter bought back two chicken breasts that were marked down to 19p at Safeway, so that was me and MrJudi sorted, the kids had three beef dinners costing £1.98. :j
I think we will be having beef dinner tommorrow.:DThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thought I'd join in the fun today at Plymouth Transit Way branch and they actually had a dozen or so packs.
I only took 3.
Well, actually I bought 4 because I hadn't quite grasped the concept.
Money saving expert - not... :rolleyes:0 -
Charlotte_ wrote:I am now annoyed that you've written a whole piece of something totally irrelevant to the topic of this thread. If you want to add anything about our questions to whether this can be nominated for post of the month or in fact anything about extra clubcard points at Tesco then go ahead, if not then I would keep your comments about B&Q to that thread or the discussion area. No doubt you will post a scathing reply which I will choose now to ignore as I'd rather talk about Beef in Gravy! :rotfl:
Thanks for taking the time to reply Charlotte...it's kind of you to suggest where I should post.:rotfl: I wonder if you are a frustrated Board Guide in disguise since the irrelevance, as you see it, bothers you so much.
I bet you can't ignore this post either......you're still reading aren't you? Yooooo hoooooo......still there? Yip......I know you're still reading.
Anyway, I hope you wont be too offended if I ignore you now. I was happy to accept that perhaps your slight on the B&Q OP was unintentional but it would now seem from your replies (to me and others who had a similar opinion) that you have 'unpleasant' and 'defensive' down to a fine art. :rotfl:
Just think how easy and how much nicer it would have been if you had just said...'whoops, I'm sorry...I didn't mean any offence.' We would all have said....'ah, what a nice person after all' and no more would have been said.....we could even have talked roast beef LOADS of times after that.
Not to worry, we can't all be fair and considerate, think how boring the world would be then. Now....on to the roast beef.
Has anyone in Inverness taken advantage of this offer? All the packs of beef I saw were £1.87 and bloke filling the freezer told me that they had never sold any at 66p. Didn't seem right to me, but then........what do I know?Herman - MP for all!0 -
Thank you aliasjo as my grandchildren benefited greatly from last month's nominee and I personally nominated frogling and have been feeling for her frustration at the mix up with B&Q for some users.
Back to the topic, is anyone actually eating this beef??0 -
