This thread is great for ideas, now I am going to attempt to get organised and join in,
Sunday - Gammon and pineapple, mash potatoes, carrots and peas
Fresh fruit salad
Monday – SC Pea and Ham soup with hm bread and breadsticks
Sc baked apples with mincemeat
Tuesday – Butternut squash risotto
Pancakes with lemon and sugar
Wednesday – Hm ham rissoles with carrots and broccoli
Eton mess – natural soya yogurt, hm cranberry sauce and meringue pieces
Thursday – SC turkey stew with cabbage
Trifle
Friday - Sc soya mince bolognaise and wm pasta
Trifle
Saturday – left over turkey stew and vege dumplings

A bit late posting, so its half "what we've already eaten" and half "what we are planning to eat". Will try to post earlier next week!
Friday - Sticky Chilli Chicken and Egg Fried Rice
Saturday - Out for dinner (FIL’s b’day)…I had steak & Mr P had duck!
Sunday - Roast chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, parsnips, broccoli, green beans, carrots, sprouts
Monday - Bubble & squeak, baked beans and a poached egg
Tuesday - Pancakes with roasted cherry tomatoes, courgettes and mushrooms and a tomato/boursin sauce, followed by pancakes with lemon/sugar or syrup for afters…
Wednesday - Hot dogs in buns with fried onions and salad
Thursday - Vegetable curry (from freezer) with naan bread and rice
Friday – Breaded cod, oven chips and mushy peas

Update: I've been ill with a stinky cold and OH has a bottom bug and hasn't been very hungry, so there've been some twinks to the plan
Sat: prawn sandwich for lunch for me & J, pork pie for O; slow-roasted pork belly, roasted new pots & savoy cabbage for dinner
Sun: pea & ham soup for lunch; fried rice using leftover pork, veg stirfry and lemon chicken for tea.
Mon: for me only, end of the soup, bake potatoes with cheese & ham
Tues: burgers & chips & coleslaw
Wed: spaghetti bolognese
Thurs: sausage meat plait, potatoes & veg

hi, first time of posting meal plan for the week, hopefully this will keep me on the straight and narrow
1 spaghetti bol
2 chicken and noodle with cous cous
3 hm burgers and hm chips
4 fish and pasta
5 egg and hm chips
6 tomato noodle and cheese
7 roast gammon
didnt bother with days as i may shuffle them round, hopefully this will be my salvation in food budgetingDe-clutter this year 10kg:j
