Hi PP, the one in HH is spitting distance from the best secondary school in Hemel! Its the 3rd choice I put for the twins because we weren't living in the catchment area but I shall have to ring the Education Auth tomorrow to let know my new address!

Just told I-T all the info re this house and he cried :grouphug: !

He was as shocked as me and is so grateful to this man. I don't know his name and may never as he wishes to remain anonymous - but I thank him from the bottom of my heart and will never be able to tell him how grateful the twins and I are!

Really glad to hear everthing is finally coming together. I bet a few weeks ago you didn't think you'd be spoilt for choice over 2 houses:D

MoT, What fantastic news and the difference a week makes. It has been a long hard walk but this has been worth waiting for and if your potential LL is readin any of this I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks for what he has done. And it proves that there are some people on this earth that put people before money, I am close to tears because of his generosity.

I hope everything goes well for the moving in date, I can imaine how excited you all are and the 4 bed sounds lovely, you'll even have a spare room for IT if he stays overnight, LOL!! Bless you all, I am so pleased for you all I have been checking to see if you got offered anything.
