    You can't!

The percentage is based on the last 12 months score, so I'm guessing you have had a neutral or neg within that time. Up until yesterday, your percentage was higher as your older feedback had diluted the effect of the non-positives.

Still, count yourself lucky - a fair few Powersellers have suddenly been kicked off the programme due to old neutrals dropping them below the 98% threshold.
yeah i got this now, i got 39 positive and 1 negative for last 12 months

    1. The oldest transaction in my list is from 27th March and it is only possible to leave positive feedback for this!!!
    2. My total % finally went up the other day and now has gone back down (1 neg and 1 neutral in total). Thanks to that ridiculous neutral. Grrrr..

My oldest transaction was 16th March and the Buyer had not left feedback but I am only able to leave positive feedback for this item.

I really can't understand this new system. If you have someone who doesn't pay up quickly (for example), what can you do to warn others ? You can't neg them, so they keep their 100% score. Crazy.

If they don't pay up file a dispute. They are allowed 7 days officially so giving a neg if they take 5 or 6 days isn't really fair.

What about a buyer who moans and wants a refund because postage was 10p over what it said on the package etc?
Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.

What about a Seller who charged me £5 for a package which cost £2.50 to post and it was sent in an old black binbag.

I left her positive feedback but did put "packaged in a black binbag" and now the Seller is upset at that.

    *sigh*

I KNOW that. I was making a point about stupid buyers - you think somethings gonna cost £1.10 to post and it actually costs £1 and i bet you a fair few TSFE users WOULD complain.

My point is that we should supply feedback based on the transaction - theres more to the transaction than paying or not paying.

i have sent and had replys to 3 emails to ebay about my DSR. not one have they answered my question.

    my query was this....

my DSR had 11 detailed raitings all since xmas (less than 6 months). it is now blank and says "This information will be available when this member receives at least 10 detailed seller ratings"

    this was the first reply....

Thank you for your email. I understand your concern regarding DSR being
    disappeared.

In last 1 month there are only 2 feedbacks on your account.

Prior to May 2008 your Feedback percentage was calculated as the number
of positive ratings for unique transactions, divided by the number of
positive and negative ratings for unique transactions, multiplied by
    100. Neutral ratings didn't count towards the Feedback percentage.

Under the revised Feedback system we now calculate your percentage on
the basis of the last 12 months of trading, as we feel that this is
enough to give a clear picture of a members' history. Therefore your
positive Feedback percentage is now calculated by dividing all positive
Feedback earned in the past year by all positive, neutral and negative
    Feedback.

The Feedback score (count of all Feedback earned) will continue to be
based on all the Feedback you've earned since you registered, except
    those withdrawn, de-scored or removed.

I hope this information answers your question. Thank you for using eBay.

i think that just about does not answer the question

i got a bit ar$y with them after that, i understand the feedback changing but why my DSR, so far each reply from them has been pretty much the same.
