    My score has changed from 502 100% to 521 99.5% (2 neutrals)

Still shows 100% score in listings, only when you click for detail view does it come up 99.5%.

Haven't really paid much attention to this, but do negatives count against your score more than neutrals?

My feedback has now changed. However I am still convinced that the system is not counting the feedback properly. For example, look at this user (not me, or anyone I've dealt with ... just a randomly selected user):

The feedback box shows that they have received 1 neutral in the last 12 months, however they score 100% for "Positive feedback in the last 12 months" - and when you hover over the "How is feedback percentage calculated" link, it counts zero neutrals and negatives in the last 12 months .. obviously one of those counts is wrong!!
My feedback percentage should be 98.4%.

But the calculation when you hover over How is Feedback Percentage calculated? does not match figures in Recent Feedback Ratings table. All the figures in the Percent Calculation are wrong as they should be the 12 month figures.
The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings (including Repeat Feedback) received in the last 12 months as folows:

    Positives
    Positives + Neutrals + Negatives

    Member's 12 Month Feedback ratings
    Positives:70 Neutrals:0 Negatives: 1

    Member's Positive Feedback percentage

    70
    = 98.6%
    70 + 0 + 1

If the % calculation & figures are correct, then I & many others are going to be very confused with the new feedback system & calculations.

Ps: ebay have even made a spelling mistake in the How is Feedback Percentage calculated? popup box. They don't spell follows as folows in the US do they ??

well mines gone from 599 (99.7%) to 665 (100%) which looks better,
my DSR has gone and says the usual about needing at least 10 seperate ratings in the last 12 months, but ive had 11 since feb.

Just out of interest I just checked my feedback hub and I can still leave negative feedback for my old transactions. I have stuf ffinishing tomorrow and will check then if that actually come sup differently when I check thehub.

Just went to leave positive feedback for someone and a massive popup on the feedback page saying:

"Buyers, you can no longer receive negative or neutral Feedback from sellers.
    • You should leave honest and accurate Feedback without the fear of receiving negative or neutral ratings.

    " appeared

However this was from an auction that finished in april...
Also i dislike how neutrals will decrease the % score (luckily i have no negs or neutrals so far)
  • My feedback has jumped up by an extra 100-But 2 neutrals means my % has dropped to 99.6. It was 99.9. I dont like the new system at all. But what can we do? Ebay is a law unto it's self. Go elsewhere? Someone needs to compete against Ebay. If I won the lottery I would plough a huge amount of money into setting up a rival selling site that would not overcharge on fees etc and make it more fair for sellers.

    Blummin' Heck!

    My feedback's gone from 1752 & 99.8% this morning to 2050 and 100% tonight.

I did have 3 negs that were about 2-3 years old, so they've gone (NPDs)

A lot of my sales were multi-purchases, but as I'm on the point of dumping eBay because of being forced to use PayPal, maybe the above's a bit late.

and so the fun begins........ NOT!!
Mind you I'm in the position tonight that I can leave 2 negatives without retaliation, brilliant I can give 2 rogues a hiding!!

Fortunately the only problem that might have caused a neg expired 2 days ago. He wasn't happy with the £1 P&P for a book !!

I've just logged onto ebay. I received positive feedback today from someone I sold something to last weekend. Went to reciprocate and found I was unable to leave anything but positive or nothing. I thought sales prior to 15th May worked on the old system?
