Feedback changes announced!!!

Has anyones's feedback score changed yet ??

No Soolin feedback from both parties was removed . I had one I negged her she swore at me and in my naivety I reported her, both feedbacks were removed! She therefore lost a neg.

A work colleague had one left for her that was very abusive to the point of being racist and it was removed by ebay but my colleagues negative was left in place. I also had one removed for being malicious and my neg to them remained up to the day approximately 2 months later when the buyer was finally suspended.

My feedback has now changed. However I am still convinced that the system is not counting the feedback properly. For example, look at this user (not me, or anyone I've dealt with ... just a randomly selected user):

The feedback box shows that they have received 1 neutral in the last 12 months, however they score 100% for "Positive feedback in the last 12 months" - and when you hover over the "How is feedback percentage calculated" link, it counts zero neutrals and negatives in the last 12 months .. obviously one of those counts is wrong!!

yeah strange! this ebay user should still be 100% then should it not? again not me or anyone i have dealt with...

just noticed looking at my feedback, if viewing an item page it shows the old feedback score (total feedback rather just the than last 12 months). but looking at the feedback page just shows the last 12 months...

Don't think so - that one looks right. They have 1 neg in the last 12 months, and 57 unique positives, which works out to just over 98% positive.

Well I'm not happy. They haven't added on any repeat feedback yet they have taken off the 3000+ feedback older than a year old and now show me at 99.8% instead of the 100% I was showing.

I'm off to open a bottle a wine and shall probably log back in later and have a whinge.

Mine too.

Was 99.9% (had 1 negative & 3 Neutral) , now it's 99.3%.

Admittedly it hasn't changed by much, but obviously it looks better having 99.9% than 99.3%.

The repeat feedback is done is slightly peculiarly. They will not count any repeat feedback that is received within one week of a previous positive from the same user - so if one person buys several items from you and leaves the feedback all at once, then this will still only count as +1.
