Please don't post on youtube but please do send everything including a copy of the recording by recorded delivery to head office.
If everything is as you describe (and I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be) then any decent head office would really want to follow this up and at least give the store involved a 'referesher course in customer procedures'0 -
You do know that is illegal though to record something without notification of doing so.
Very clever what you did and they sound like right little hitlers.
Glad you got one over on them though, well done!0 -

Which branch of Holland and Barrett was it??? Ours often has out of date cereal bars in it!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I've also witnessed a sales assistant in one branch recommending Clary Sage oil to help with a lady's depression. Nothing wrong with that, but the lady was heavily pregnant and Clary Sage is to be avoided during pregnancy as it can induce contractions. Very worrying.0
