Hope you're bearing up Beemuzed and Hillstep.

Tru...I don't go in until tommorrow and the op is on Wednesday morning. I'm sure Pink will keep you all posted. They will want me to stay in until the weekend but the haven't managed to make me stay in that god forsaken place any more than 48 hours before.:D
I've just opened the door to find my friend has left me a prezzie of magazines, moisturiser, wipes and antibacterial gel. ;)

Just getting organised today. Putting the ironing away, writing lists for OH and cleaning all the corners ready for Pink's inspection with the white glove.
Out for tea tonight courtesy of OH. :D

    Have a good one everyone.

Morning all........((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))) if you need one.

OH has an appointment at the bowls club this morning and I am expecting the heating engineer to come and put the shunt in the radiator he installed on Thursday. I am hoping to do some sewing sometime today.

A bit of good news Aldi have applied for planning permission to turn an old biscuit factory into a shop.........Lldl also applied for a site further up the road, but the council preferred the Aldi proposal. My DD1 worked at the factory as a supervisor, she and DSIL needed to earn some money quickly when they decided to get married. It was owned by Nabisco Frears, we used to get boxes of broken biscuits for pennies, weetabix and vaious other cereals etc as well.

Right off to put the kettle on and see whats for supper tonight............macoroni cheese I think with jacket spud and baked tomato....................

  • Morning all,
just dropped the kids off at school and had my brekkie (poached egg on toast). Dinner tonight is going to be hm pork burgers and chips with peas & sweetcorn.
Just about to go cycling for a few hours along past the nature reserve. Weather gorgeous and sunny but cold. There was a thick mist this morning but the sun has sorted that out. Better make the most of it cos the forecast later in the week is back to rain

I tend to never believe anything she says - I think she's really a nightshift worker living in Grimsby :p;)

I'm off out into the garden now. It's really frustrating when everything's ready to be planted into, but it's too early to plant most things  Mr tru said 'oh no, you've got the gardening bug. I think I'll start calling you Percy'. Well he had the bug before me, what shall I call him? Charlie? :D
