    Moring all - just

got about half of my flyladying done yesterday so will try and finish the rest today - there's a play on the radio in a bit so that will keep me going. Leftmy phone at work yesterday so had no idea when to pick up dd from her sleepover. Went round just now and got sent back home - both girls in jammies and mum in bed fasto - lucky her! have left house phone number but am on dial up so have to keep plugging it in.

Phoned ddad - he left a very funny message on our family website about a massage course he and his wife got as a pressie for her 50th and his 65th. Lucky I did - dd18's money from her savings thingy that ddad has done has come through so I have given him my account details to send it there - mwaahaahaahaa - she owes me £200 which will help me out somewhat. should be here at the end of the week

oh the play's starting - have a good day :)
I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 2008

Hilstep, I'm so sorry about your mum  hug.gif

My PC has crashed and burned  It's crashed a lot lately, the hard drive is knackered. It was OK as long as we didn't switch it off, but mr tru kept forgetting and I had to keep reinstalling Windows. But this time, it won't work so I'm on mr tru's old work laptop which is rubbish. The IT bloke at work had put restrictions on it, which meant I couldn't post on any chatroom or forum but I've got around that so here I am :D :j

Bob has a problem with his wing but I can't get near him to have a proper look. He's still eating and following us round the garden so I think he'll be OK

Just one load of washing today, and I've put the animals outside so I can give the cages a good long soak. We keep them clean but I always feel like it's not clean enough til they've soaked for a couple of hours :D

Might go down the forest this afternoon.

    Hello all.

Got back from Mums last night after quite depressing visit as she's so poorly.
While I was away one of the boys we look after had run amok and had to be arrested and held overnight but OH dealt with it all ok. He even got the plumber round, at last, to fix the loo so it flushed properly. Central heating chap came to service the boiler so thats another thing done.
OH bought me some more mini daffs for the windowsill -my others had gone over - and cooked me plaice florentine for dinner last night........he knew I'll feel well fed up when I got in.
Four hour bus journey coming back and waiting for my connection at the bus station was like standing in a wind tunnel.................I was freezing !
Been to local church sale this morning and bought some bits and pieces for my christmas/birthday hampers and some books for me..........including one about the uses of vinegar........................gave that to OH...........lol
Soap nuts arrived while I was away...........only ordered them end of last week so was pleased about that.

Did succumb to having a bit of a spend on myself while I was at Mums. Popped into the charity shop and bought a 'sweater dress'............anyone remember them ? I had one in the early 60's only this one is calf length. £4.99 so don't think that was too extravagent.................lol

Having bit of a lazy day today.............washing can wait till later I think -nothing urgent anyway but must tidy up my desk ! Don't know how it gets in such a muddle...................

Have a great day whatever you're doing and hugs (((((((:o ))))))))to all who need them for whatever reason
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Not long got up, had a good night, foolishly promised DS I would take him swimming when I got up. That should wake me up! Having roast chicken for dinner, no idea what's for pudding, probably microwave sponge and custard.

Help - the Pod People have stolen my husband and left an imposter in his place! This is the man who wouldn't know a vitamin if it bit him on the bum - he just turned to me and said 'You know, homemade soup to go with your homemade cheese and onion bread would be a really good way of getting in 5 a day on veg.'

    Hi all
DH is back from the shops and he`s been really good!
Only £28.81 for the whole week i will be buying one or two things in between and he did come back with the wrong flour but i think he is getting the hang of shopping now :D

Done a few things in the kitchen and made us both some breakfast and dinner and the tea is same as yesterday so no need to cook a big meal.
I`m off to browse for a while and most importantly to see if google will let me upload my meal planner so that i can access it anywhere and add to it properly instead of carrying bits of paper around.
    Catch up later

Well so much for my busy day, so far I have out wm on and dw on and that's about it... I have another headache today but not sure if that's self inflicted because of the 2 small bottles of smirnoff ice i drank last night in quick succession on an empty stomach-I just can't drink like I used to!!! I have had paracetamol and a kip but it hasn't shifted. I'm rattling around on my own today while everyone is out enjoying themselves!!! :(

    Afternoon all,

Hugs to all in need or want.

Having a lazy day....made some dough for pizza to-night, finished veg soup started last night..knitting will take up rest of day I think, although I might do some filing...why do I keep all the carp for years?? Got paid tax refund of €300 odd the other day, applied online and revenue advise that receipts should be kept for 6 years in case they need to check them!

Dry but windy here, afraid that if I put out clothes they will cause accidents on N7!

Have been to water houseplants for brother, some of his plants are more like trees so need lots water....lucky he has a big house!

    Have a good day all

Happy Anniversary Mr and Mrs Mix.
Hugs to you Hillstep.Take it easy. xxx
    Hugs to Frenchmaid.
Happy Aussie Day Aussie me old cobber.. :D
Well done on the weight loss Vicky.
    Enjoy your night out Penny.
Sorry your mum is so ill Mary.

Having a really quiet day and trying to rest. Just 2 loads of washing hung out and a general tidy up after OH had tidied up.
Girls are back from a party and on a sugar high so I've retired to bed with the puter and am ordering some prints of photos so I can update my albums and scrapbooks when I'm laid up next week.
I'm having a filter coffee and polishing off a rather yummy chocolate bar that Aussie sent me with her chutney this week. Can I have more of those please Aussie? :D

Need to cut out some recipes from my magazines later for my files to give Pink some inspiration when she is feeding me next week. She's terrified of the cold bless her and my house is old and draughty in the wilds of Argyll so apparantly she is packing her leg warmers. (Pics to follow) ;):D:p

    Take care everyone.

    Haribo x
