    holy crap!! me and missus used to pay 26pm x8 unmetered...

    just moved house to a metered one and the water companies assesment (severn trent - same as before) is 30pm x 12 for the same 2 people!!! jeeeeeeeezers!

    Hi - we're with Yorkshire Water and we will be paying £326.60 for the year. We are a family of 4, one being a baby, so our washing and bathing has gone up over the past few weeks. I'm kind of happy with what we pay and I don't think a meter would be right for us, so sticking with the bill this year.

    Hi All - so glad i have found this thread. I was shocked this week to recieve a bill for £600.34 for the coming 12 months. There are 2 of us living in a 4 bed semi and we are with United Utilities. Seeing all these posts has definately made me realise how much ott i have been paying for the last couple of years. Its definately going to be a phonce call to UU in the morning. We are unmetred and will deffo be trying to get a metre,
