    I would make a macroni cheese with onion and the gammon fried together it really makes it into a filling meal or pasta bake same thing really. Or my OH made pasties the other day gammon onion and cheese sauce they were lovely.

    quiche
    ham fried rice
    fry up with gammon, chunks of potato, leeks/onions
    pre-cooked and chopped for an omelette filling
    add to bean/lentil soup
    stir-fry
    in stuffings for vegetables (including baked potato)
    with some l/o chicken for chicken and ham pie
