  • I've decided just to sign up for the Continuous Play as it's only £2.49 a month and you cancel at any time giving them 14 days notice.
It may be that my PSP may get a fault sometime soon :A I get it replaced and then cancel the cover a couple of months later :D costing me far less that the other options! :p

  • I have a PSP that I bought in the States, which doesn't work... Unfortunately they could tell it was from the US and said I needed to contact American Sony!

    Oh well, worth a shot!

Not if it's out of warranty, of which it is! Many people seem to have tried it on HUKD and they're not getting the free of charge option if they've bought it over 1yr ago. Costs £65 for a replacement if it's out of warranty.

  • just called Sony and after waiting 25 mins i told the operator about my sons faulty psp(i.e. cracked screen)was told they do not repair cracked screens free of charge....would be £65 with 3 months added warranty...this was due to the screen being cracked accidently therefore not an actuall fault of Sony's.....(bummer)...might call back now saying the game's freeze during gameplay.

have just tried this with my sons ps2..power problem over a year old.

Was told £15 for new power supply or £55 for recon ps2, I mentioned about reading online about free repairs/replacement and he told me that isnt true.
