The recipe is in the Index, sorry don't know how to do links but it's under Main courses.
If i can remember rightly it's in a white sauce with breadcrumbs and crisps sprinkled on top, really yummy.I would like to be able to admire a man’s opinions as I would his dog - without being expected to take it home with me."

Did an asda online food shop last week and it came to £75 for two of us! Hoping I can make this last a few weeks at least and only buy fresh stuff in when I need it. Have already make roast vegetable cous cous, chilli, and chicken tikka masala from it.
Meal plan:
Mon: chicken kievs, mash, sweetcorn and steamed veg
Tues: chickpea and potato curry with rice and naan (which I'll need to go get)
Wed: shepherds pie and sweetcorn
Thu: ready meal since I work late
Friday: aubergine and lentil dahl
other things I can make out of it:
tuna pasta bake
chicken pasta
salmon and potatoes, etc
chinese chicken curry
more roast vegetable cous cous
moroccan chicken with cous cous
baked potatoes - for lunches0 -

It's based on that - I usually add some garlic, a chilli and 2 or 3 potatoes to make it more substantial, I also have something callend Liquid Smoke which i add to it to give it a more authentic taste.
Very cheap and easy recipe and it freezes well - tastes in fact better when reheated.0 -
