    Friday: Haggis, neeps and tatties
Sat: spicy chicken kebabs with couscous
Sun: roast beef, carrots, parsnips, potatoes (beef is brisket I'm doing for the first time in the slow cooker)
Mon: left over beef and veg
Tues: more leftover beef made into rissoles and veg
Wed: Falafel, pitta bread and salad (inspired by seeing the thread asking for falafel recipes)
Thurs: HM chicken nuggets, coleslaw and potato wedges

Have just realised, looking at that list, will nedd to buy more potatoes!

    A bit late again.

Sat - Kung Po Pork with Veg Chow Mein (Sharwood sauce for pork, rest home made)
Sun - Roast lamb, pots, parsnips, broccoli, carrots, sprouts
Mon - Ginger and Lemon Salmon, stir fried veg
Tues - HM Lamb Curry (if any left from Sunday) or Chicken if not!
Weds - HM Chilli and JP
Thurs - HM Moussaka with roasted veg

My grocery budget is looking good for £200 to last till 18th February from 19th January

£68.45 + £10.62 + £10.11 + £11.53 + £3.70 = £104.41 leaves £95.59 for milk, bread, fruit and veg as rest of shopping will be from the freezer or cupboard

this is my first attempt at meal planning started last week although I do tend to juggle the days around a bit. I consider Sunday the first day of the week as what we have the rest of the week depends on what roast we have on Sunday. So hopefully you dont mind me joining this thread late.

Sun - roast chicken, sausages, HM potato wedges and baked beans
Mon - chicken pie with carrots etc. and HM stock all stuffed under a parsnip and mash top.
Tue - sweet and sour chicken stir fry, mushrooms, onions, peppers etc. with rice
Wed - HM fishcakes, cauli, broc leftover HM wedges.
    Thu - HM spag bol
Fri - pizza courtesy of Mr T!
Sat - Fish pie with peas and sweetcorn in, topped with mash

blimey just realised thats spuds 4 times this week. will be rice and pasta next week then!
