I just want a little rant - like others here I have put in and had accepted the £12 and £13 and both orders came with it not taken off with a little blurb saying it was not accepted. why can't they tell you that on-line - so annoyed!!! its so hard at the moment and even with budgets money is so tight - tight ar*e Tesco!!!Competitions won 2007- Nothing.
£2008 for 2008 member 365 - total to date - £10 debenhams voucher. £15 john lewis voucher £10 pixmania.:j0 -
I have just e-mailed them with my anger - you never know but am going to try elsewhere now. they have lied about accepting the voucher and in the end how can I trust them again!!! I know we all feel (well I do) a little worried using these vouchers but I am sure Tesco could stop it if they wanted to - they send them out. Also it gets trade in so its not a bad thing. they made millions in profit so why are they acting like this???
rant over - will wait and see if I get a reply. Am going to Aldi or lidl next week now and give them a try - its not on-line but is the service better?? will let you know!!!:think:Competitions won 2007- Nothing.

Sorry if this has already been asked as i'm sure it's been asked numerous times only I can't seem to find it.
How many of Tesco codes can you apply to a shop? Just one or can you put lots in?I believe in dragons, fairies, good men and other mythical creatures!

Regards to the Tesco vouchers don’t I need some form of bar code, or do I just print the list and take that to Tesco?

The vouchers mentioned here refer to when you shop online, not in store.0 -

Finally just had an email from Tesco (2 days and 10 hours later!).... they said the code had a technical error and caused quite a problem for them!
Refund on its way! ......... Very pleased now- £12 is a big difference to my shopping bill and I was gutted when I saw the code had been rejected.0 -

I also had the same problem last week with the £12 code. It was accepted online but when my bill arrived with the shopping it had been deleted. I wrote to Tesco and complained. They wrote back saying that the voucher was valid from a few days after I used it. But they did refund the money into my account. So it is worth contacting them.0 -
Same thing with my £12 code - accepted on line but not credited when shopping delivered. Will try and avoid Tesco online now.0

Hi,
I'm having the same problem - have been using voucher codes for months - usually get a hit after trying about 4 or 5. Last week's £9 was accepted online as was this week's £10 but both were rejected once the shopping arrived on the delivery note.
i agree that if they are accepted on line then Tesco should honour them - isn't the online confirmation a legally binding agreement? after all it's a financial deal done between the customer and Tesco - Tesco deciding to change their mind and not tell us until delivery is just disgraceful - well done to the person who threatened them with legal action - no wonder they conceded.

give lots and you will always recieve lots0
