    I buy it in the little bags filled with liquid and just throw the whole thing into the freezer.
    Its always been fine.

    I keep finding conflicting answers for this. I frequently freeze hard cheese with no problems. Can you though Freeze fresh Mozzarella in the sealed packets with liquid? In my searches some are saying yes and others no. Its just there's an offer in one of our shops and I wanted to buy a few.

    Anyone with experience of this? TIA

    i hope so, i do!!!! I get it when its reduced and just chuck it in freezer. I didnt even think about if you could or not.

    You can freeze it :) I tend to drain away the liquid first, though.

  • yes and i don't drain the liquid out, lidl had a load at 24p once so i filled a lot of space up ;)

    I do, and I drain the liquid out so it's easier to grate directly from frozen if I need to.
