Righteo, I am off to get an early night! Feel like I haven't done much at all today but the garden took a while so won't be too hard on myself. Gonna try and get up early tomorrow so I can sort things out, budget, food plan etc as really need to do it tomorrow as before I know it, I will be Monday morning and I will be back at work! Night night all xxx

Heya Bob! Hope you (and everyone else here!) is well! I had a carp day yesterday and spent the evening burtsing into tears about this whole money thing. Sometimes it really gets to me and I just want to run away and hide. I long for the day when pay day actually means something as opposed to putting it all towards debt. I know my debt free date will be a long way off and sometimes it really makes me upset as I just want it to be all over with. I worry as I love my daughter so very much and the sperm donor (well just as well have been!) has never paid a penny of maintanance towards her and she always needs things and I just want to provide for her and make her happy and feel guilty as she doesn't really get to do much as we never have the money and that if I hadn't been so stupid, she would be living a better life than the one we have now...I feel a bit better today and am looking forward to getting the money from my ebay item which was picked up, as that was £200 and this will be going towards my Tesco card, which is the next one on my list to attack! I have found tha balance as had a new statement today as is at £1410. So the £200 will make a difference...thank goodness.

Have really been feeling run down today but put that down to last night and no sleep so want to have an earlyish night tonight to hopefully feel better tomorrow! Chuffed as have not raided the biscuit tin even though I have been very upset!

I am off to find a few bits for ebay as 5p listing day tomorrow so should make the most of it really!

Thanks for the hugs bob! :beer: Sperm donor !!!!!! man denies actually knowing me, let alone being the father of my amazing daughter...such a charmer, I picked a good 'un there :rolleyes: From what I remember all those years ago, he could never hold down a job so would probably not have to pay anything anyway, and at least with the fact he has denied knowing me, he can't barge into mine and Emily's lives ruining everything! Just infuriating sometimes...my mum did the same when she upped and left my dad with me and my little brother, told the courts she never wanted kids, divorced and gave full custody to my dad and vanished off the face of the planet, never came to see us ever and never paid a penny! And to top it all off, she went and had a load more kids! Crazy woman...:rolleyes:

Have found afew bits for ebay tomorrow. I have also had a chat with Emily about reducing the amount of time she goes to the after school club if I have shorter lunches, I could wangle picking her up at least once a week which I wanted to start off a while ago. So starting this week, she will probably only go 4 days and the money can go towards the card. Am doing ok food spend wise this week as haven't spent anything yet and have some meals in the freezer for next week already! Gonna make a big SW chili tomorrow and freeze some of that too. I had a chat with Emily about food and stuff earlier too as thought best to explain why on earth we seem to be eating nowt but jacket potatoes and pasta! She seems happy enough!

I don't know what to say about your mum, except it sounds like you had a great upbringing with your dad..and its her loss.

Good news on budget front, as regards to after school club and picking up Emily.

It seems like she is getting used to this money savings lark eh!

Talking of which when are you back on Lorraine kelly's show? It would be a nice thing to update them with about her being on board with it all.
