I'm very impressed with you going running:eek: I'm so lazy, I hardly do any exercise, that's what i need though I reckon. But, I have joined weightwatchers online - I tried on some summer skirts and they wouldn't quit do up:o So tried on al my jeans as I realised I wear the same 2 pairs all the time, and all the jeans were very tight - not a good look!
So, since Fri I have counted the points of everything I've eaten - and doin ok so far!!
G has Inset tomorrow - did you enjoy your day off Fri? I'm only off as I'm signed off til Wed. I have Crohn's and it flared up a bit recently, leaving me shattered. Nice not to have work to go to, mind you would rather feel 100% again and go to work I guess;)
Well done on the lack of Lambrini-I had my 2nd wine-free weekend, only as I'm not feeling great though, didn't think it a good idea:D
Anyway, off for an early night;)
Good luck with the Weightwatchers and well done for being good this weekendIt is very hard isn't it? I am trying to be so good just as I can't fit in hardly any clothes and don't wanna buy anymore!
I loved the day off on Friday, nice long weekend. On Saturday my bro came up and we took Emily and my nephew to a local city farm...as was free! Nice to get outside in the fresh air! Sorry to hear about your Crohns flaring upHope you feel better soon and have a good nights sleep tonight. Must be nice when you have just one kiddie during the day like with G having a TTDay, get to spend some quality time together? I thought I would have had a few more kiddies by now really...bu life has a strange way of changing all your plans! Who knows...maybe a few years down the line?

What a stressy day! Everything at work was going soooooo wrong so couldn't wait to get outta there! Nice to get home to the crazy house and was lucky I missed the rain...but man it was cold!
Good news on the chest of drawers front! Boyf gave me a lovely pine wardrobe for Em's as he wasn't using it anymore! And also a shelving unit thingy which matched! He has popped them in her room and I thought the only thing missing (bar a washing basket for all her clothes!) was a little bedside unit...and then I remembered I had one in my room which was covered in junk! So pulled that out and popped it in her room and it actually looks good! So all for free
Just need a washing basket, little bin and the ceiling painted and floor with nice carpet (but the one in there can do for the mo) and it will be sorted! Will do the ceiling when I have the time and the money for some more paint. Oh and I also need some plasticy strip things for the posters in the room to make it look really good. I gave her one of my old CD racks for her hifi and will be giving her my old mirror too...so will be complete soon...all for free! Yay!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
Oh forgot! Looks like I have lost a few pounds in weight too so that is a bonus! I have promised myself that I will only step on the scales once a week and not get obsessed with it all...just try and be healthy and make good foodie decisions and keep up with the exercise. Hope to pop out for a lunchtime run tomorrow...hope it doesn't rain!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
