    What stockmarkets are you talking about? I cannot see a surge on the home front with just over 3% recovered.

    It does make you wonder if Asia will "surge" overnight though.

    Wow...that'll be huge turnaround :rotfl: might even make back 50% of what they lost this morning then..........that's positive :rolleyes:

    You'll see 18,000 on the Hang Seng long before you see 25,000 again

    Could be a combination of the PPT and the rate cut but........................... such a large rate cut smacks of desperation (not that I won't be happy for my investments to go back up)

    The Hang Seng is up 10.72% in one day at 24,090,17. :D:D:D:D:D

    my fear is guys this is a mini bull in a bear brought on by the Fed cut. There might be alot of bad news to come yet. The banks are publishing their reports mid Feb so we might get a better idea then. My guess is they may have more bad news..bah humbug...
