Just got the following email. At least they're taking some initiative for once!
"You requested a cheque on 19/11/2008 for 4000 and we would like to check if you have received this during the last week.We fell a little behind our 6 week processing time during the busy festive period and there were also significant postal delays to some areas.We have been informed that some cheques have filtered through the system this week, although some have still not arrived.Please use the links below to let us know if you have received your cheque:Yes, I received my chequeNo, I have still not received the chequeCheques which have gone missing will be cross matched against our cashed cheque log and either verified with the bank or cancelled.
