Nope. Been waiting for a cheque for three months. Chased it and chased it, and just get told "it's in hand" or "all cheques are sent within 4 to 6 weeks" (well, not this one, obviously).
I've actually given up hope of ever seeing it now. And certainly won't do any surveys for a site where I can't get to check my balance!£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -
Home of Research are in the process of transferring everything to their new website. You should have had an e-mail a while back to re-register on the new one which is fully functional with survey history and point redemptions. Just go to http://homeofresearch.org and try to login.0

I didn't get paid for any of the ones I did in October or November. I only realised this once I could get on the 'new' website and checked my points balance. I emailed them with a list of the surveys that I thought I completed and they credited all the points. I requested a cheque on 19 November so now I'm waiting to see if ever arrives (I've had two from them before but they both took a while to arrive)2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

True enough, but all of my information seems to have been lost. I don't think I was the only one, and I'm happily prepared to believe that this was just unfortunate, but I'd really like to see my cheque before I really give them the benefit of the doubt£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000 -
I contacted HoR a couple of days ago, about points that had hadn't been updated while the site was down, and I got a reply this morning saying that they'd been updated. I got over 3000!0

I requested a payment in October and was told I would receive a cheque in 2-4 weeks. That was over 7 weeks ago. I've tried e-mailing them since but had nothing back. Never had any problems with HoR until about three months ago - around the time their old site went offline. It seems I'm not alone.0

Is anyone else still waiting for their Cheques. I have been waiting for nearly three months now. They used to be really good but now they are a complete joke. Have emailed them numerous times, but they never reply.:mad:0

I ordered a cheque on November 19th and still haven't received that. Was going to give them two months but I think i'll email them now as they won't reply for ages anyway.
However I have complained twice about missing points since they changed sites and both times they have added all the points for all the surveys I had completed and both times I think they have added more points than I've earnt - when i've mentioned this to them they either don't reply or say that I have been credited with the right amount of points!! Guess I shouldn't complain but I feel bad.
The new survey history thing really annoys me though as the name and number on their doesn't match the ones sent in the survey so it's hard to tell which surveys you have actually been credited for!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

I totally agree with this. I spent ages yesterday trying to match surveys completed to their account history. Why do they have survey ID numbers if they themselves don't use the correct ones?0 -

I emailed them about it and all I got was a reply saying that they had now updated my point balance to reflect all the surveys I had completed. So I got no response to why they use a stupid survey ID system but at least I got all my points.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
