Its because it isnt a genuine account - its there as an example for non-members, as soon as you click to do anything it asks for your login details. I asked them about this when I had a different problem they had to reply to so they answered me then.

Since early February I've completed around 5 or 6 surveys for this company and none seem to have been credited to my account. Statements are difficult to read as they just show total number of points in your account, with no way of seeing which surveys have been added.

Does anyone else do their surveys and been credited recently?

Yep, I do and yes they pay out once you reach a certain amount.

I had a bit of trouble getting my cheque but I called them up and the cheque arrived 2 days later no problem. I like this company better than a lot of the others to be honest.

  • Does anyone have an email address for them that isn't the one on the maintenance page (which bounces...not confidence-inspiring...). They owe me £50 (or thereabouts), and I'd like to cash out, but have a growing suspicion they've folded. There has been an "under maintenance" page up for getting on for a month now, although they are still sending surveys.

Can anyone reassure me/supply another email address/point and laugh?

    Many thanks in advance,

    ED

  • I've just found a thread on the "Freebies" board. I'm not sure how to link to it, but if anyone else has concerns, someone listed this as an alternative email address.

    points.enquiries@theidfactor.com

Fingers crossed for anyone else waiting for a payment too, and apologies for starting another thread - I did do a search, but for some reason, the thread on Freebies didn't come up!

I just received a cheque from them last week, which was for points cashed in in June or July. I think they're swamped at the moment.

Give them a call on 020 7618 4670 and ask if your cheque has been sent out yet; and hopefully that'll chase them up.

I also received a cheque from them last week. It's more than time though that they sorted out their website. Not very professional!
