I didn't know they have their new website! I've just tried to log in though but it doesn't recognise my password. I've clicked the thingy to request a new password but it hasn't come through yet....0

I requested a new password a few days ago on that website and never got one. Think i might give up doing their surveys until they get things sorted2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

I think only a few of us are being chosen to check out the new site before everyone is brought over to it
This is so they can check it is working properly first
If you dont have an invitation maybe you wont be invited

The phone number for them is on a different posting for Home of research on this website
search for it and it should come up
They have a new website now.
I am also waiting for a £35 cheque

Hope that helps

Doesn't seem to have a number. Even on the 'Contact Us' Part. Have emailed the new department and they still haven't got back to me.
I'm more annoyed at the constant lying than anything else!0 -
I have received an e-mail today asking me to re-register on new beta website. I have done this & appear to have had all points transferred including those for surveys I have done while the old site has been down.
As I had enough points now, I have just ordered a £20 cheque, so hope this will arrive shortly & doesn't join the backlog you all seem to be in.0 -
I received an e-mail this morning asking me to re-register on the new beta site via a personal link. Everyone will receive an e-mail with their own link which will ensure that all previous points are transferred to their new account which seems to have happened for me.
I also redeemed some points and had another e-mail confirming the request.
Hope you all receive your e-mail soon.0 -

Same here and I deleted most of the ones I'd filled in to! Haven't added any of the surveys that i've completed since the new site has been up either. Emailed them twice, got a reply the first time asking for a list of surveys I'd completed so I sent them one with the survey IDs I think I completed but haven't had a reply since then and no points have been added to my account.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

Has anyone got their cheque yet? It's 43 days and counting since my request. I'm giving them 60 days, then considering Small Claims, as it's a substantial amount of money (a third of a month's rent...!)£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000

I've tried redeeming my points on the new website and got a 'communication error' message and told me to try redeeming again but the points have been taken from my account. I didn't get an email confirming that I redeem the points so I was wondering whether anyone else got a confirmation or is it normal not to get one?2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
