They're doing the lying about the cheque thing again. IF I ever get it (at which time I shall be closing my account), I'm directing them to this thread. Not that they'll care a fig, no doubt.£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000

I have received my cheque recently
They know about this thread and they are upfront.
They are just a bit slow to sort things out

I'm sorry, but they've changed their story to me so many times, and I'm not the only one. Slow is fine, but choose a story and stick to it!£5 a day in December £179.59/£155£100 on STP by 31 January 09 £2.03/£1000

I didn't get an email confirming that I redeem the points so I was wondering whether anyone else got a confirmation or is it normal not to get one?
This happened to me also, but I phoned up & they say its a bug in the system. When people redeem it IS working, but for some reason the site keeps error'ing. Nothing to worry about though.
For anyone that wants: 020 7440 9310 - ask for the idpoints teamthey deal with all the cheques.
It can take up to 6 weeks though(still awaiting my one from June.....)

Ok i did the thing www.homeofresearch.com told me, and i have a email back
Thank you for your enquiry.
Please note, we are no longer offering balance or redemption services
from this email address. We now have a BETA website up and running where
you can check your balance, survey history and redeem points.
If you have not yet received your invitation to the new website it will
be winging its way to you shortly. The invitation contains a special
link which, when used to re-join the new Home of Research, will unite
your previous points and survey history with your new account.
If you have received your invitation please re-register at your earliest
convenience.
All other enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible; please be
aware however, that we are exceptionally busy at present.
Many thanks for your patience.
Best wishes,

Glad to see i am not the only one annoyed with home of research. I did a focus group to which they have not credited it to my account and whilst they were off line completed around £15 worth of surveys, all of which have not been credited to my account. They are also ignoring my emails some of which i sent over three weeks ago. Am not impressed with them and if i ever do get my points and cheques i will close my account immediately after that.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

They hadn't credited me with my points either however I emailed them and they did credit me with all the ones that I said I hadn't been credited for. Used this email address: points.enquiries@theidfactor.com2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
I finished with Home of Research for this very reason. They were slow to credit my account and then slow to send the cheque, so I finished with them once and for all, it's not worth the hassle.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0
