Ok guys
I have spoken to Maisie who deals with the surveys and I mentioned this thread to her.
She has asked me to assure everyone that the site had to be down for urgent maintenance and this will happen every 2 years or so.
She assures me the site will be up in the next 2 weeks and everyone will have to reregister their email addresses.
Meantime if you ring the number mentioned in this thread you will get an update of points the same day and a cheque if required the following week.
She asked me to say there is no question of the site folding.

Thanks for that update, Tanya. I'd also like to add that I'm heartened by the email response I had from them this morning. They're clearly still at least doing their best to keep on top of things, and have given me the same reassurances in the post above.

Fingers crossed. It would be a pity for a good site to fold.

I have been waiting on a £35 cheque for over 4 months. It never turned up and since then I have been emailing over and over and getting told (by the same person every time).. "I have now got this sorted for you and you should receive it in the next 2-3 days"

of course this doesnt happen.

I just emailed the other day, and she informs me it is now a different department that deal with these queries and can I redirect my query to them.

ARGH! 4 months since it was requested!
She would not give me a phone number to phone either.

Anyone else have this much trouble?!

I'm not waiting for a cheque but I have been trying to find out my points balance since the website went down for rebuilding. I think they've alot of frustrated panelists at the moment, I know if my email gets bounced many more times I'm simply going to stop taking part until the site comes back.

I had points for completed surveys credited to my account but they have now disappeared again. Received an email stating that point discrepancies should be resolved by Monday.
