Take a look at https://www.plus.net The Broadband and telphone packages are good and fairly priced. They are an ISP who have gone through some bad times over the past couple of years but now have learned from their mistakes. Have friends who are with them and they've never had a problem since joining around a year ago.

I just went with AOL! Not just because the guy sounded hot and had an irish accent... but mainly! :rotfl:

Anyway, they mucked up last time I was with them, year to 18mnth ago, and so i got 8mg for £9.99 first 6 mnth, then £14.99 thereafter. I'm happy! :rotfl:

THANKS to all have dumped Tiscali (now called Shitcali in my home!) before I even got started.. watch this space.. and if I am never seen again, its coz I never got another BB provider! (but hopefully I will return.. bigger, better, and faster! ) thanks again.. especially to Tony who went above and beyond the call of duty for a stranger in pink shoes! x

Did you get this resolved? I too joined Tiscali on 29th Dec & have not been supplied with my free wireless router as advertised. I too have rang 0870 no to get some help, again I asked them to call me & they refused, I have now began to e-mail but still no response, first e-mail they put the status to resolved even though it wasn't. I have e-mailed them for the 2nd time tonight to ask where my router is? I am not impressed with their service, wont be recommending them...

sorry for late reply.. have been offline with no internet connection!!!! sacked Shitcali, went with plus net... took ages to get back online coz even tho Shitcali was sacked before anything happened, they still had a "flag" on the line.. so no-one could get hold of the line and BT had cancelled the phone line... etc etc... all fine now tho.. I would recommend plus net.. and talking of recommending.. if you decide to join then ... get in touch coz I can recommend you for a small bonus!!! always worth a try!!! if you dont ask you dont get!!!
