I'm out of my contract and I called tiscali today to get my MAC code, first number I dialed gave me another number to dial, which gave me another number to dial.

then they guy I spoke to sounded like a .... man who pleaseures himself on a regular basis....

needless to say, I will be going elsewhere.

You should do the same, the connection is crap anyway and you never get anywhere near the speed you sign up for.

Call trading standards and get them to deal with it.

hello,new to mse site,I do however have Tiscali.I have rung them 3times with all usual problems,cant get through,wait,etc,still have not received the mac either that i need to finally leave Tiscali.Ive just written requesting it,so hopefully....! I would not recommend them,I might go to Madasfish,anybody used them?:p
