    Morning,
Specail hugs to those in need, DD1 is coming home from hospital :j which will make things a lot easier for me no more treking back and forth.
nightmare morning on the school run as traffic was gridlocked every where took 35 min in car (normal journey is 10min) and 35 minutes back so that has taken a wedge of time out of my day.
    Got breadmaker/washer/dryer on.
    Beds all made
    Kitchen all wiped down
off to do some ironing before i have to do the chaperone swimming run for school.
Do you know i can't wait for just a normal day !!:rotfl:

embb.. yep I'm in.. my front room won't take much to get it habitable and presentable and seeing as I am apparently to expect a visit from the SS it needs to look something like.. then I shall vent my fury from the comfort of a TIDY room.. :D

    ebay it is then.. :D..

maralum fingers crossed for you all. I've never thought of inflattable, I might borrow my Dad's and see if it'll fit in their frame. Worth a try isn't it, thanks for that.

embb well done, knew you could do it!!! Hope it goes really well for you, make sure you ask about the cross over hb and ctb you can usually get when restarting work.

bebee great news that your daughter is able to return home.

play2day thanks for your input too, I think after buying 'just another mattress' so often I might have to look into that aswell, do you know where I can get them? Steam cleaner does sound like a must have. I know what you mean about the carpet too, unfortunately can't change it.

As far as the beds thing goes, I'm going to contact our special needs health visitor, see if they can recommend anything, I need some more of the pads (kylies) from them if we can have some more (allocated specific amount a year) see if they have improved the pants they do yet (not hopeful, was great when they still fit into nappies as used to get pampers from them but the older stuff is awful!). If they can't help with anything going to see if I can contact a disability aids specialist I have helped before by getting him a rather large contract when he started out years ago, when//if this letter about award ever arrives (hasn't come today and was sent 16th), time to call in some favours :D enquire about waterproof mattresses.

Sat with coffee and toast, DS2 got up at 4.45am and would not go back to sleep so I think the HHS is a definate needed as I didn't get to sleep until well after 1am, will go when I get DP up, one in one out :rotfl:. Icy cold here, everywhere frozen. Bit annoyed as I've just noticed 2 of the cushions I got from Wilkos are coming away at the seems, so looks like they are going back as they were expensive. Done the garden poop clearing, much easier when they are frozen :rotfl: sorry bit too much info there. Done some of the sitting room but doesn't look like I have even touched it, lots more to do, hasn't been this untidy in weeks.

Today, best do a list I suppose
[STRIKE]Dailies inc meals (best get those pork and apple burgers out, vacuum through downstairs, S&S bathroom and kitchen
    Vacuum floors and sofas
    Mop floor in sitting room
    Dusting, even if around everything[/STRIKE]
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
    [strike]Wipe light switches and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
Tidy shoes, coats and bags [/strike]
Clean living room window & sill
[STRIKE] Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)
Clear one hotspot or spend at least 15 minutes clearing it a bit
    Clean our bedroom window [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Give the inside of the front door a wipe (we have some sort of grimey water coming in via letterbox so will investigate)[/STRIKE] no idea
Wipe walls in hall, ewwww, dog must have shook himself out there!
Final working out of next months bills and payment dates
[STRIKE] Find out when water rates restart, got used to paying it with rent for so long I don't know [/STRIKE] thanks pigpen :D 2 months off so £90 for me!
Laundry - hmm - guessing there is 5 loads inc last nights stuff at least 2 done but another added from 2 sets of wet school stuff grrr!
[STRIKE] Empty and refil dishwasher (as I didn't do it last night)[/STRIKE]

Right that lot can wait, time for HHS!!! Shower when I get back up, see if that wakes me up enough to tackle that lot.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
  • I'm in for a HHE at 1.30 pigpen - am just catching up with thread - back soon

Ok all the wiping done in DS2 room so just need to hoover and remake the bed. Onto DS1 room. Easier as it is bigger so less clutter but he is slower and less helpful than DS2 so will take at least as long! I'll aim to be back at 11:30
