Hi,
haven't done this weeks hotspots but just did a bit of FLYing. Thought I would give the quick 15min thing a go. Found a timer but it only goes up to 11mins so I did 2 sessions. Managed to do some washing up, wipe the kitchen surfaces, and put on a load of washing.
Might go do 11 mins in the sitting room now and pick up some rubbish off the floor. I really hate housework but shorty chunks are psychologically more manageable for me.
Lol.:A :A :A :A

Lil_me - have you used that spray that actually kills the enzymes that make the smell. We used to have one when we had a pet that wasn't very litter trained. I know that was a pet one but wondered if you could get one for general use?
Dusty Kitten - and there was me thinking you were amazingly supple able to do exercises like that! I'm glad i've not tried it yet, lol.
Jill - I hope you ended up having a good sleep. I remember feeling so weary when I got to that time at night. Hope you have a good day.
Lilo - hugs again xxxxxxxx
I've done a three mile walk with the dog this morning and visited my mum and dad on the way. Had a hot chocolate with my mum and a lovely chat. It was nice to be there without the rest of the family.
DS woke up at 430am having had a nightmare. I'm lucky as it's is first really bad one since he was very little. It's made me realise I really don't do early mornings and I appreciate the fact that they really are good and have never done early mornings thank goodness. I let him stay in with me which was a mistake as we kept each other awake till the alarm went off.
I need to go and pick up a prescription and then i'll do the rest of my list this afternoon.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Pigpen - war theme - I made cakes in Yr6 in DS school and the receipe used grated potatoe and dried eggs - it was truely disgusting but good fun.
Both bedrooms done so am really pleased. DS1 was a star actually had tidied it up for me and made the top bunk up.
Just going to do my corkscrew on a ball exercise as my upper back is stiff and then need to draft a peice to go into the school newsletter about everyclick. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Morning all
So sorry Lilo
Dry here! It was bright too but it's clouding up now.
One load of washing done.
Level 2 on flying done.
Shopping delivered. Rang Asda to have a moan about substitutions (which meant I didn't get reductions for multi-buys). Waiting for phone call (half an hour supposedly, now nearly one and a half hours, will wait until noon and then ring again with my sterner voice).
Scrubbed kitchen carpet with stardrops to get out some of the mud, looks better but not for long I bet. I dry the dog's feet religiously but still some makes it onto the carpet.
Jill and lil_me, I can remember being that tired with disturbed sleep. None of mine slept through the night for years. I still sleep badly, I think I just got used to waking up all the time and it's a habit now.0 -
Hi all,
Sorry to hear of your news lilo. My neighbour is going through a similar thing at the moment, so I know how stressful it can be.
Congratulations on your new job embb. The flylady job dust strikes again! Do you think Flylady is trying to tell us all something as we all seem to be being given an excuse not to fly if we're working?
Well I'm off again today with no voice, and have been signed off all week, so apart from Thursday, when I'm going in to do some planning, I'm back to flying again! Woohoo! I've missed it!
Anyone up for a HHC 12-12.30? Starting NOW!
