Oh yes! I don't have a ball book though, it was bought for DS2 to do 'central core balance thingy' as per physio instructions. Though I will tell you when I used it most, when I had time to horse ride! If you sit on it like your on a horse you can bounce using the muscles you would use to trot. Really helped to build up the muscles and developed my balance!
Also it's great for sitting on watching telly when your back is sore.
OK, so we will do pilates and some bouncy ball stuff? Work on our pelvic muscles*thinks naughty thoughts* hem-hem! :rotfl:
Oh yes, HHC 13.45-14.15, I'm in.0 -
I got my boots delivery.. my foundation has been crushed and split and is EVERYWHERE .. and the hole ripped in the box is so big I have lost 3 items.. a lip stick, a nail polish.. and a bottle of sanex shower gel.. BIG hole in box!
On a plus note.. they said 'dispose of foundation' so it has been decanted into another container to be used.. I will not throw away good items!! But I do want them.. I now have to clean my sofa .. which is COVERED in leaked foundation.. I am so glad it is a leather suite!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
