Actually it has made me more enthusiastic for flying.. if that is possible.. ROFL.. seeing as I am so delighted to be swishing and swiping anyway!

LG.. le huffing and le puffing and blowing the dust away today.. I did a different dvd.. well I tried.. and failed spectacularly.. and with style I might add!! THIS ONE At least I tried.. in my defence!! lol.. I simply lack the ability to coordinate my limbs and can't dance anyway.. but it was a hoot!

Shower.. cos I niff.. and then half hour fly for me.

That looks interesting pigpen - and it's cheap, double bonus! but it's only cheap if you use it which I wouldn't so I'd be wasting my money if I bought it, I have to be realistic . I am however building up to joining you on your HHE but I need to dig out Mr Billy Blanks video or if I can't find it just dance about and stuff for 30 minutes, it's amazing how much energy it gives you, I agree.

showered. DW and TD on.. and now I have to fly and get Tiddles from nursery. there doesn't appear to be much crossed off my list.. must remedy that later.

I have brought the biggest bag of ebay gibble down so I can get some of that listed today too.. hopefully I'll have it all done before Wednesday so I can either find more stuff.. or have a day off!!

Rabbits appear to be having a loopy 10 minutes!

Well back from the doctors, and she has signed me off for a further 5 days with acute viral laryngitis. She said as the antibiotics hadn't worked, that it was viral, and that the only thing I could do was to rest my voice and take paracetamol if I have a fever. I'm still going in this afternoon, but will be able to give them the sick note, which she kindly didn't charge me for! :j

On the flying side, I did a bit more than level one today - cleaned the brushed stainless steel (nightmare) sink, cleaned the sides, did the fridge, and hoovered everywhere.

Clean floors

Clean cupboard door fronts and the kick boards
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
Clean oven - because I know it wasn't on the list last week

• Wipe out the fridge, make sure the drain is clear
• Wipe over little appliances, wipe under them before putting them back
• Wipe window sills and clean window (in/out)
• Wipe the front of large appliances

Morning all

I've done a load of washing - obviously it's raining so that's inside.

Cleaned the kitchen/diner (cupboard fronts, worktops, moved and cleaned toaster/kettle/breadbin etc. scrubbed drainer and draining board, bleached sink and then made it shine).

Vacuumed all through downstairs.

Cleaned cat snot off inside windows and mud off outside windows (where they sit and shout to be let back in).

Am descaling my shower head again. Did it last week and got loads out but it's running cold so I've had another look and it's still scaly so it's back soaking in vinegar.

Hope all goes well for you lilo.

Hope you feel better soon sexymouse.

And anybody else who's feeling ill or fed up.

Morning all

Just had a quick flick through here. Felt like crying this morning everything was so neat and twinkly on Friday but not looking too bad again now. I have hoovered through, made beds, but stuff back where it should live and slowly getting there.

Very impressed with all the HHE going on, still need to fit that in, maybe this pm when little is at nursery. Also need to schedule reading that paul mckenna book as am sure it could help me being a pig and scoffing anything and everything in sight:o .

BM on as gonna try and make french stick just guessing what to do so fingers crossed it works.

Had a great weekend off. Went to Peterborough and DH bought his penguin suit for this charity bass (my dresses arrived this am at 7.20am) so need to put the proper undies on so can make a decision which (if any) I shall wear. DH took us all to the chinese restaurant for tea which was lush and the littles where very very good:D . Went over to MIL yesterday morning and got invited for lunch so no cooking again for me:D . Nan in law is still in hospital and has been treated (or not) poorly. She is on loads of tablets and heart patches for her angina, arthristus, crumbling bones etc. They have not been putting her heart patch on etc and rolling her on the side where she had her knee replaced so that is extremely painful. MIL has explained all tabs etc to 4 nurses and no have written on her notes :mad: . Finally got a nurse to write on her notes that usually she is self sufficient and mobile and nothing like the wreck she is in there. Anyway she is going to lodge a complaint as there have been loads and loads of things.

Little just scoffing lunch and then will trot her down the road to nursery. They have both got ballet tonight so that will be a mad dash when i pick them up later.

Right will give the kitchen and proper going over when I get back:D

Hair cut and hoovered up. Going to have a cuppa and sort my boots coupons before mopping the floor then off to town.

Belated brekkie earned after my half hour bounce around - might try that urban dvd if its good pigpen - have got to order a few things from amazon with my xmas money. Do quidco etc give you anything back on amazon purchases?

bebee - hope your DD is feeling a bit better - that sounds nasty.

Have you tried gargling sexymouse? It might help a bit, especially if its painful.
