    Hi all

Back from docs. More steroids (higher dose for longer period, gradually reducing) and different, stronger antibiotics, and antihistamines. She'll either kill me or cure me. :rotfl:I've to go back and see her on Wednesday morning, so I'll probably need to get a sick note then. Oh well, off to get some lunch, then maybe get a bit of cleaning done before DS's school review at 3.30. Dreading it as our so called support can't come, despite putting it in his diary before Christmas. At least our assembly member's on board now and enquiring why things haven't been sorted by now.

ooh.. just checking my bank account and I have had 2 CTC payments.. one for the usual amount and one for £236.. has anyone else had 2 payments made this last week? I am a bit concerned as to whether to spend it now.. I knew I have too much money in my account when I sent hubby to get some out.. I hate it when they do this without contacting me first.. always makes me worried I'll have to pay it all back!

YES I've also had £90 refunded from the rip off insurance.. that charged me twice what they quoted!! ..

£340 better off in total!.. food then!

ooooh and £3.85 extra child benefit a week!.. bonus.. must be my 3 things for today!

And the mortgage statement!! I made £300 of extra payments last year!!

I can adjust my finances now accordingly.

A newbie here but have been lurking for a while. Started flying at the weekend. Did not get much done yesterday as I spent time in the hosp after slipping in the local supermarket. Luckily nothing broke just a badly bruised knee. I can walk on it.

Today have managed Level Two and after lunch gong to clear some clutter off the dining table. Have a longhaired black cat who just loves bringing most of the garden with him. But he is lovely really and so affectionate. Cant manage everyday as I work 12 and a half hour shifts but consider Ive done well since starting on Sat.

    Take care everyone.

    Hi Boddy - I'm a newbie too!!
Sorry to hear you have a sore knee and well done on Level Two! I'm doing a bit of a stash and dash/crisis clean before DS brings home his school friend this afternoon!

Good luck with your dining table!!
