Hi Trow. I find my sc invaluable. I cook extra and freeze the excess (instead of eating all of it) lol. It then saves me a job another day as i can just reheat the meals i've frozen.
Right I really need to go to bed!!!

Oh Trow...share the recipe please....could it not be frozen?

    Or, eaten for breakfast.

You say that now..... could you not have said that at about 6pm?!?!?! :p

tattycath - I reckon it will prove itself, especially when I am on late shift at work - so I'm home in the morning (to prepare food) and the OH/kids can have a decent meal instead of the frozen pizza/oven chips combo that is so popular with OH. Blehhh!!

I'll post the recipe on the slow cooker recipes thread - seems more suitable than on here... give me 5 minutes!

Thanks Trow, I'll keep a beady eye open for it.

I find my slowcooker great for when I'm going to be home from work late.
