Actually i posted about it several months ago on the boards. Its taken nearly 4 months.0 -

Do you really think i care what you think?0 -
And when it's not your own fault?
I hope you and people who share your view (and some have aired it in more elegant prose) never have the misfortune of having financial hardship thrust upon you by no fault of your own.
Was it fair that my daughter couldn't walk properly for weeks because I couldn't afford to buy her new shoes, because of a combination of wage mess-ups and bank charges?0 -
Hi all, after try numeous times to get a Connect card from barclays (even thought i have a £1600 o/d limit, im going to try to upgrade my account to platinum banking which has a Platinum Connect card.
Ive got a relevant products, but my local branch is useless and dont even know what the products it. I cant change banks because i have a default on my file and i really like the online banking.
Ive written a letter to the complaint websites at barclays and wanted a second opinion. Here the letter, i dont not want different ideas, just a review of my letter and any improvements. Thanks all

This thread is starting to degenerate and I fear will become personal once again.0

So what tina? I got a letter from RBS saying that they have now removed the default on the 11/09/05. How do you think i got a connect card back?
dchurch24 = Yes is it! Dont you ever think to save some of your money??
You broke the T&C of an agreement that you signed, meaning that you agreeded to be charged that amount if you broke the T&C. Read it and weep!0 -
Just because it's in the terms and conditions doesn't mean it's legally binding. Does this mean that if your bank feels the need to impose a charge you'll just accept it? I certainly hope so. This thread is about the legality (or lack thereof) of bank charges and not whose fault they are. If you want to discuss a separate topic, please do it on another thread.0

Please read the whole thread so that you understand what is going on.0 -
It seems this thread, yet again, is turning into a bit of slaning match. I asked the mods last time to keep an eye on this thread, I'm going to do it again if people feel the need to trade insults against each other."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0
