Well, just lately I've had enough of hearing about these types of injustices and being relatively unable to do anything other than get angry about it - and I don't just mean things affecting me, I mean all the stories you hear, read etc and people generally being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge and nothing more!
So, as a result I've signed up for an OU course - 'Rules, Rights and Justice' (which counts towards a law degree) so that at least I will be better prepared to stand up for myself and hopefully pass on some useful information to others whilst I'm at it.

Excellent news about the OU course. I was considering a similar thing. When I have more time on my hands I think I will.0

You get charged for a reason! Maybe you should run your account better instead, then you won't get charged! :rotfl:0

Thanks, THE_ROCK84.
Do you know, that thought hadn't crossed my mind.
I'll keep it in mind for the future though. Thanks.
I can only assume that the reason you mention is more profit for banks?0 -

Yes, yes, you've already said. One day you've got a default and by the next day you've got it removed. You never did explain how you managed that?0 -
not really coz i got it removed. Annoying when banks charge you even thought it's YOUR fault isnt it?0

I'm sorry, but I find it difficult to take seriously a person who starts a thread dedicated to how sparkly his new credit card is!!!
