Well, just lately I've had enough of hearing about these types of injustices and being relatively unable to do anything other than get angry about it - and I don't just mean things affecting me, I mean all the stories you hear, read etc and people generally being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge and nothing more!

So, as a result I've signed up for an OU course - 'Rules, Rights and Justice' (which counts towards a law degree) so that at least I will be better prepared to stand up for myself and hopefully pass on some useful information to others whilst I'm at it.

Excellent news about the OU course. I was considering a similar thing. When I have more time on my hands I think I will.

Yes, yes, you've already said. One day you've got a default and by the next day you've got it removed. You never did explain how you managed that?

not really coz i got it removed. Annoying when banks charge you even thought it's YOUR fault isnt it?

I'm sorry, but I find it difficult to take seriously a person who starts a thread dedicated to how sparkly his new credit card is!!!
