Hi everyone, hugs to those that need them.

Hoping for a quiet day here - I have a few things to do but not a great deal, which is nice mainly sending packages and sorting out some little parts of my thesis. 8.30 am meeting, followed by a rush into town at 9.30 am for a look round the boot 75 % sale, but back now - if a little wet (and managed to sneak in without getting caught! :) ) ! I made some muffins last night to take to work and promptly forgot about them, they are still in a tin on the counter at home. Have a good day all cel x

Thanks Gingham Ribbon! I'm still getting used to these boards ;-)

For some reason I have to re-log in every time I post  Any ideas why?

    How are you today?
When you log in, you have to tick the box to say 'keep me logged in' otherwise it will log you out after 15 minutes.

Fine thanks! Trying to teach my 11 month old how to sleep using the baby whisperer method - so far so good.

Farmaround delivery on its way. Sick to the back teeth of spinach and kiwi fruit but other than that I still love getting my fruit and veg delivered.
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.

Morning, well, at the moment, it's fine here..bit breezy, but the rain has stopped.
Waiting for Mr Twit to shuffle his lazy bum out of bed then I can help him to move some stuff upstairs. Not as easy as it sounds, as you have to go out the back door and round the side of the house to get upstairs....don't ask....we do live and sleep downstairs, so I don't have to go outside to go to bed.
Not got much planned for today, other than trying to avoid the paperwork.
Miss Twit has got a mock GCSE PE test today and the police have phoned about wanting to set up a video statement interview following on from her x-mas eve mugging, so I think that will be arranged for Friday.

Absolutely no inspiration for tea, I've got pasta and some bacon, so I might try and invent something with that.

    Jayward, glad you slept well
Odds, hope it goes ok at the consultants...so glad the dressing was still on when that picture was taken.
Redruby, have fun at the hygienist.
    Catowen, do take care.
Dorry, hope the bug goes soon.
Gingham, I'll lend you Mr Twit, he seems to have mastered the art of sleeping.

    Hugs to all.

    The Twit.

Listed a few things on ebay and very jealous of penny-pinchers success! I think you should run tutorials on what sells and how to sell well!

    (1)ALWAYS take a good picture!
(2)Make the TITLE stand out with key words.
    (3)Fair postage price
(4)If clothes, sell 2 or 3 items together if not designer
(5)Try and get auctions to finish on a Sunday evening. I always run mine from a Thursday on a 10 day auction, so that viewers have 2 weekends to look.
(6)Give as much detail as possible
(7)I always state its from a Smoke & Pet free enviroment and all clothes are freshly laundered.
(8)Mention whether its a dry clean item.
(9)Try and list on cheap listing days.
(10)Use TURBOLISTER and just add a few items here and there, then upload together on a cheap day
