I had an amazon voucher and took about 9 weeks, they do take quite a while, which I find quite strange as they are electronic, so should be more or less instant.
Still waiting for a couple of Debenhams vouchers, fingers crossed they will come before Christmas !0 -

working for me now - the homepage has a changed format.0

Check out interest surveys quickly there were 10 that needed updating and they are giving 300 points instead of 100.0

I'm finding Toluna incredibly frustrating - the chief peeve is that I spend 10-15 minutes on a survey to be then told I'm not what they are looking for! It's a real waste of time. I don't have much spare time and do these surveys as a little bit of fun, as I'm on the Net so much with work.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0

I have given up on them , last time when they were updating the site (near Christmas)they deleted my points off (75000)and after 50/60 email the issue still have not been solved.
customer service are crap every time I email them they say the points have been added but they haven't.
I would not recommend this site to any one.:mad:0 -
Is anyone else finding that the surveys which lead on from opinion polls on the Home page, don't seem to be listed on your points page?
I seem to have lots of these surveys which haven't been paid.0 -
im a bit fed up with toluna, as most people seem to be! when i (finally, if ever) get to payout i don't think i'll use them again.0
