I'm also still waiting for October L2S vouchers, although received an Amazon code yesterday.

It looks like there are quite a few members who didn't receive these long overdue vouchers.

Thanks for the replies, nice to know Im not the only one waiting. I ordered some debenhams vouchers in April and they came the other day and I cant understand why they arent prioritising the ones from last year first. Losing patience with them now, fed up of emailing and getting nowhere wish they would sort themselves out! Rant over lol

I am still waiting for my October vouchers, too. Getting nowhere with Toluna, keep going round in circles, first they are being sent, then they are not and blah blah blah. And apparently the batch from May is delayed now as well. I am finally giving up, they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Just like the other lot, including Crowdology etc...

Is anyone getting fed up with Toluna aside from vouchers being slow to arrive? I had around 60,000 points but as it's now gone up from 60,000 for a £10 voucher (I think it was this previously?) to 80,000 for a £15 voucher, I had to keep saving. It's taken me AGES to get this far because of getting screened out of most surveys these days. Now they've deleted around 30,000 of my points because apparently points only last for 16months. I didn't realise this so opened a query about it and got a reply telling me this, and telling me that my points will continue to expire to I should convert them quickly before they expire. I thought that this was taking the p*ss a bit as I now only have 33,000 points so what am I supposed to convert them to? Prize draw entries that I'll never win?

They told me that there's no way of getting the points back, so now I feel like not bothering with the site anymore. How can it be right they you get screened out of more and more surveys (at least I seem to, or maybe this is just me?) but they put the amount of points needed for a voucher UP and the points are still only valid for the same amount of time. I want to stop using the site but I don't wana lose my 33,000 points so not sure what to do now!

Does anyone think it would be worth trying to make a complaint? Somehow I think they'll just ignore it. Or maybe it's my fault for taking 16months to get enough points. I do admit I don't do EVERY survey I get sent, but I do a lot and seem to get screened out all the time :S
