Received love 2 shop vouchers today that were ordered on 31st March.Not in the usual Toluna envelope from France though,this was a first class prepaid envelope with a Birkenhead.Merseyside address on the back,a card folder with the vouchers inside it and nothing else.No compliments slip or note to say they are from Toluna, but assume so as I am not waiting for these vouchers from anyone else.

I got them today as well, so they must have been from toluna.

7 weeks today since I ordered an Amazon voucher - still showing as processing how much longer is it likely to take?

got an email and the love to shop vouchers I was waiting for today. Said in email that there had been a mix up and no slips where put in to say that the vouchers were from toluna!

I live a few miles away from the love to shop offices in Birkenhead so hopefully they wont take too long

i finally got mine this morning.!! finally!!!!

also today an email from toluna came saying these are now coming from birkenhead (love2shop hq ) direct but still could take up to 6 weeks - which is lets face it, an improvement.

I think Toluna are having some problems again, just did two surveys and when i clicked on the complete button to finish the surveys both times it went to the we are experiencing some techincal difficulties error message:mad:

On another point has anyone had there missing love2shop vouchers from last year yet?

I received Amazon vouchers in June, they took about 2.5 months from order date.
