The problem is as they only send them standard airmail, so they have no proof of receipt & don't know when people are trying to scam another voucher from them. They won't know whether the vouchers have got 'lost' in France or UK. I wish they wouldn't print 'Toluna' on the envelope!!

From what I've seen with the Toluna forums, if the voucher doesn't arrive, there's nothing you can do & nothing they will do.

Legally it is their duty to ensure the voucher arrives. If they choose not to get proof of postage this has nothing to do with you, and it's their responsibility to ensure the reward has been received.

On another note. Is it just me or does Toluna seem very quiet. I only get about 20 sponcered surveys/quick botes a day when there used to be about 50. Anybody else noticed?

I'm also receiving fewer daily polls, have noticed that those which lead to paid surveys are not being shown on the completed polls page! Will we get paid for those? Unsure!

Also, still waiting for October's Love2Shop vouchers - they've been promising to send since February!

80,000 point added over night for me and just ordered another voucher. I tend to order one at the beginning of every month since may and hope that i get them on a regular basis... doubt that will happen but I may as well try!

I had 40,000 added over night just redeemed 560,000 points for 120£ deb vouchers not bad for 3 months work.

my april voucher for love2shop is now showing as processed but nothing arrived yet. to be honest i am wondering if they are worth it, 2/3/4 months to wait, points expiring.............

is there a reward that is guaranteed to arrive and you can get in a decent amount of time?

My love2shop voucher i order on 29 March has been showing processed for two weeks now and it still hasn't arrived or my missing vouchers from last year.

Think i'm going to have to email them again, would have assumed voucher for March should have got here by now as its been two weeks and the missing ones will probably just turn up one day!

Same here! And having seen the other post have just checked and my April one is also shown as processed. Was begining to wonder if the March one had got lost, but seeing as others are still waiting perhaps this is just a trick from toluna to make us think we are getting somewhere.

I don't seem to be getting any surveys at the moment, and only have 8000 points so may give it a rest now as the wait is so long, but its useful to have the vouchers for help towards christmas presents.
