Wow just had a survey for 1800 points for song people where i had to rate 301 songs closed it right down they go on for ever and sometimes you dont get paid.

Does anyone know a Toluna email address which reaches someone who will actually respond and do something?

Just being fobbed off about not receiving vouchers from October and wondered about trying some other form of contact.

I am still waiting for one from October as well, i have had a reply to say they will resend it but no idea when this will be. i will send you a message with the contact details

im gettin really peed off with toluna i have two vouchers waiting to be sent (amazon ones so not even any need for them to post em out) for the last two months and survey points waiting to be credited from almost three months ago. its a joke. there are no surveys on their site at the mo but if you go through other sites you get loads that are toluna based ones. the site is a joke!:mad:

I've been pretty lucky with Toluna so far. Have received £60 so far in high st vouchers & have another £60 on the way, and I've only been a member since late January.

I'm trying to get the last few points to be able to claim a voucher but there seem to be very few sponsored polls at the moment.

Is this the same for everyone?

There seem to be fewer sponsored polls than there used to be, points value is also worth less than before.
