Is it me or does the delay in being awarded points seem to occur mostly at a crucial moment for getting vouchers?!

Last time this happened to me, i'm at 79,000 with lots of surveys waiting to be credited!

They keep changing this, It used to be within 24 hours for small amounts now its back to being weekly (sometimes i find they add points on a Monday) But with all the errors i guess this is the last thing on there mind. I now have around 30 that i know open but i know i will get the points. I will redeem when i get 480,000 points that will be £90 in L2S vouchers for iceland christmas shopping

Omg, my first Amazon voucher from the 11th of March has just changed to 'processed'!! I might start bothering to do surveys again now that I know eventually I will get something out of it.

I've not been credited with any points yet for any of my surveys (started 21st May). When they are listed like they are above, will I not get points for the second one (just a prize draw entry?). Also, what does project open mean please? TIA

If it says prize draw entry you won't get points. Normally at the beginning of a survey it tells you how many points it's worth. Project open means that the survey is still open for people to complete, they don't credit points until it's closed.

I chased vouchers I requested in January and showed Processed mid May. When I e-mailed to say not received, the same story "They will be re-issued " but could not say when

I don't really use Toluna anymore, quite a few times when I've done nearly the whole survey, they've kicked me so I've given up on them. My Survey seems to be the best for me.

I have done loads of surveys this week for them, It seems i was correct most points are added every Monday i had over 40K added Monday. I have no vouchers waiting and not sure if i should redeem for L2S or debahams vouchers?

I joined Toluna a few days ago and I'm really chuffed with it! So far I have been invited to join the Juicy Brain Innovation panel to take part on a Sky project with a handsome payout and today I was invited to do a Tropicana survey regarding a new range of orange juice... at the end of the survey, it asked me whether I'd be interested in trialling the products. Free Tropicanas, yes please!

I think they are catching up because i had another 40k worth of points added today for surveys Have 26 open projects so thats another 50k min
