I haven't been bothering with Toluna lately but logged in to find I had 79,000 points so did some quick sponsored polls to make up the rest. Waiting on three Amazon e-codes now, sent for the first one at the beginning of March.

For those of you that choose the Amazon codes, how long do you normally have to wait for them?

Having problems with the site, looks like technical problems yet again, although surveys coming through the email do work.

Anyone received those apparently re-issued vouchers from October 2010? TIA x

I've not received the ones that need to be re-issued from November 2010 yet, but received my £15 L2S processed vouchers for March, i thought they would of put them in with that but no joy unfortunately!

Ive still not recieved the vouchers from November. Ive recieved all the vouchers prior and after November though. I emailed Toluna and they said they cant give me a date of reissue.

I'm still waiting for L2S vouchers from October to be reissued. Toluna have replied to emails but unable/unwilling to give a date when they will be sent. There was obviously some kind of problem with the mailing of these vouchers, and it's unacceptable to keep members waiting so long for rewards.

If they can issue vouchers ordered later why can they not send those ordered previously?

Got in at last:j did some polls ordered an Amazon voucher:T any ideas how long it takes? will it come by email? Lightspeed always sent them by email in a couple of hours got a feeling Toluna will take longer

Supposedly 8 weeks... actually forever and a day.

To be fair my last lot of vouchers only took around 9 weeks plus i had to sign for them costing them €6 to post to me.

Yep I find 12 weeks is more like it.

And no they don't send them by email anymore, you have to remember to keep checking in your voucher section: http://uk.toluna.com/vouchers :doh:

Go to your Personal Information change your work status and then save then check to see if you have more surveys, This has worked a few times for me. I did get loads more surveys and prize draws
