ON the deodorants etc i find you have to send the can back to them, I have done a few ones, I've just done a shaving gel one and they want the can back.

Yes i have done this as well, I am guessing loads of people have so they will pick the best of the lot and send them.

Anyone got their October love2shop vouchers yet? I haven't, and getting no replies from Toluna.....

Hi Baking-mama I have received love2shop vouchers from November and January so you should have received yours. I am just waiting for April ones now.

Could be down to the client, I've never had to return any test products in the past and have done a few deoderant trials in the past.

I've received vouchers that I ordered in Jan/Feb/Mar.

Is it showing as processed on your vouchers page? If so, looks like it's vanished into thin air.

The problem is as they only send them standard airmail, so they have no proof of receipt & don't know when people are trying to scam another voucher from them. They won't know whether the vouchers have got 'lost' in France or UK. I wish they wouldn't print 'Toluna' on the envelope!!

From what I've seen with the Toluna forums, if the voucher doesn't arrive, there's nothing you can do & nothing they will do.
