I was able to log on for a short while this morning, only to find further server updates at around 10:30. This is getting to be beyond a joke!

Same here, couldn't get on there yesterday. Managed to log on this morning, did one sponsored poll & got kicked off the site.
Now it is down again for server updates.
Got loads of surveys in my inbox but not going to do them till the site is working as I doubt it will credit points if it is not working as I guess it won't know I have done them.

Gave up with Toluna 3 months ago after receiving my last vouchers. There are better sites and I could not understand how or why Toluna took so long to pay, even electronic vouchers took over 8 weeks. Glad I did now!

I might well be doing the same if they carry on like this. The recent problems started a little over 2 weeks ago, and only two days ago did they manage to post the message to members.
Same with surveys in my mail- but with the site down I will not even get a draw entry in the likely event that I don't qualify.

I can get onto my account page to check my balance, but that's about it. Hopefully it'll be back up soon (probably after the bank holiday)

I did a survey about 4 weeks ago for a well known fast food retailer (not sure if i'm allowed to name them), but it was for 12,000 points. Has anyone received these points yet, because I haven't + wanting an Amazon voucher...

just logged onto Toluna, I can see my points & rewards and thats about it i click on my public profile and home and all I get it "About Toluna", this is typical as soon as I had a bit of time this weekend to catch up with everything and I can't cos it aint working!!!!!!!! ggrrrrrr

Did anyone else do the nappy survey when at the end they said they would send you samples of nappies to try for 7 days........... I haven't got the nappies and I aint got the points.............. anyone else had that? thanks
