Following all the server upgrades and downtime Toluna is experiencing, does anyone think that the website will eventually emerge bright and shining, offering surveys which are swift to complete, not hanging for ages and driving users demented, survey points and rewards added immediately, without waiting weeks, months, sending emails which are not replied to .............................?

How do you search for Toluna users? I haven't been able to figure that out at all, and know a few folk from MSE who use the site.0 -

just a thought why not do a poll and ask who the mse'rs are on here to reply then you have all the users u could ask for ???

Run for the hills
Seriously set your standards low, as in don't expect them to give you points, don't expect a reply to an email untill the 10th attempt, Make sure you label your email surveys so you know if you complete them so you can send them an email with the points missing after 6 weeks. Someone else can tell you the rest Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
I think it would be better for toluna to cut out the members polls for now and concentrate on the earning of points etc
I think what really messes up the system is lots of polls being answered and created from its 4 million members, as well as trying to record sponsored pollsSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
