Anyone still having problems, Toluna say website is ok now and I did manage to get on there earlier today but it was so slow I gave up.
Have just tried again and took ages to load only to find everyones topics missing again.:(

you are not the only one!! can't go into the people i'm following it just freezes on me managed to do some sponsored polls and actually get onto my public profile but not much else............

on a good note though i got points for being a "novice" instead of a newbie!! lol :rotfl:

I had hoped that i would have become a VIP member this month but see i am not and now the site is not loading quickly and my opinions have all gone worse then before they did the upgrade.

Here we go again, "Our servers are currently being upgraded". Yeah, right. Also - "For more information, consult our blog" - what, the one that says everything's fine, and refuses to publish any comments that question their ability to run a website properly?!

Agreed!
I published a polite comment, about how poor the site was, and that I am leaving as soon as I get my vouchers, and they never posted it! :mad:
Really fed up of the site now, can't wait to leave!

Toluna clearly don't like me anymore At the end of January I emailed them, politely, with a list of the oldest surveys I hadn't been credited with and they responded as usual with a mixture of "we've done it now, sorry" and "this one from eons ago hasn't actually finished yet". I didn't get anymore email invites to surveys from that date. I ordered some L2S vouchers on the 6th of Feb and got the 29th March date that lots on here did. I haven't been worried about their non-arrival yet because I check on this forum and can see what dates Toluna say they are up to dispatching without adding my emails to the already bogged down system. Now I realise that Toluna are saying they're well beyond dispatching requests from my date. Great

I have emailed them but I have a feeling these ones are lost in the ether.

There are lots of small surveys on Toluna website a present, a little speedier completing than before.
