How long should I expect a voucher to arrive. I just checked and I ordered a Debenhams voucher on the 13th April and delivery information says n/a : (

I have now got 77000 points so am nearly up to my very first voucher! However, it has taken me a very long time and I'm wondering if I'd be better off spending my time with a different market research company. I already do Valued Opinions but I'm not sure if there's another one to Toluna that would be more worth my while.

Are you a member of Lightspeed? I get a lot of survey's from them and have transferred my points for more vouchers than any other survey company I am with.

stardust09 stick with Toluna. They are not perfect, but I manage a voucher every five weeks. Drop me a link to your Toluna page and I will reply to some of your topics to bump up your points to 80,000.

Lewpylew - it takes about 2 months for your voucher to arrive, at least it does with the Amazon ones. It used to take longer but they have been a bit quicker since Christmas. I find I am sending off for another voucher just about the time one arrives. HTH.

Wow thats good, i struggle to get the points, have tryed to do topics etc but never seem to accomplish anything.

How many replies etc do you need or votes on a poll to get some points, is there a knack to it as i only seem to manage to get points from surveys?

Any one know if the website has finally crashed, had problems like everyone else for the last few weeks but now I can not even get on the website.
